I’m an experienced yoga teacher based in Easingwold, certified with Yoga Campus and irest Level 2 meditation. I’ve been lucky to learn from some of the wisest and most inspiring teachers. Yoga is a way of being - open to you at any stage of your life. If you are feeling frazzled, looking to rest, renew and restore or simply need to take some time for yourself get in touch. Namaste.

Live online classes available. This class is a gentle slow flow for rest and renewal. It’s perfect for those looking for a meaningful mind-body experience. YOGA FOR CALM

Join us in Gilling on Thursdays @6.30pm or Mondays @6.30pm in Easingwold. Enjoy a gentle vinyasa flow class to relax and renew - take a welcome and much-needed break from the stress and speed of day to day life. IREST YOGA NIDRA

irest is an evidence based guided meditation approach that brings ease and well-being into your life. It gives you the space to rest deeply.
